Shells

A day at home today and I was nosing around some cupboards and found my old collection of shells. As I did not have a blip in mind I thought I would try photographing them.
Tried them individually that was not successful, tossed them in heap, still no good.
Attempt at close-ups - no that did not work
So sorry they look arranged, and I am hopeless at making still life look interesting, but the texture has helped. I like to think it is like looking through a dirty aquarium.
