Pauline and her Poodles . . .

. . .and Ollie! I think I could probably count on one hand the number of times Ollie has been on his lead in the village, but because the poodles, Bruin, Susie and Ebony, were on theirs it seemed a bit unfair to let him be running free. They were all about to be let off at this point and there would have been no chance of getting them all in the same shot! They get on really well together and there is always a lot of chasing and mad dashing round the fields, seeing who can get most covered in mud. Yes, Ollie usually wins!

Pauline is indefatigable - as well as having two cats and three poodles she is a leading light in the local Cats Protection League, trapping and organising the neutering and rehoming of feral, stray cats and unwanted cats. Recently her two female poodles had pups, so she also had ten puppies running round her feet as well! And she still spends time running up and down the length of the British Isles looking after her children and grandchildren! Puts me to shame!
