Pigeons beware!

Time for a raptor. This wonderful Peregrine Falcon seems to be a fixture now in Sheffield. I went out with the express intention of getting this shot today, but was quite prepared to come home disappointed, and had a Plan B up my sleeve which will now wait for another day. A solitary dismembered pigeons's wing lay on one of the gravestones in the churchyard below - leftovers from last night's supper?
This wasn't the most remarkable thing I saw today. Later under a bright blue sky, I saw a BAT flitting around. Bat and more pics here.
