Macaroons

Never made these before, and I am putting macaroons Out.There. as the next big thing. Remember, you heard it here first!


These were made using this recipe, slightly modified as I only had two egg whites to spare, as I had rashly promised MrC&D a lovely cake for his Valentine Gift....coffee and walnut, it is his favourite.
