Saturday: A Haunting

The building in which I work is said to be haunted.  There is an official historian who records all sightings which have been recently been on the increase.  Decades worth of sightings/incidents have been recorded, always recording the same four:

- the sensation of being pushed violently from behind.  Always in the same office, never anyone there;
- the sound of a manual typewriter echoing loudly through the corridor.  The sound comes from the same row of offices - which do not contain any manual typewriters;
- the grey lady, in Regency dress, staring fixedly at you from the end of the corridor.  Always the same corridor;
- the Elizabethan peasant woman, oblivious to her surroundings, staring down at the floor and hurrying past, as if on her way somewhere.  Sightings of her have increased whenever building work has been going on.
