Tokyo Airport

We arrived in Tokyo as planned. We faced a 10-hour wait at the airport so decided to check into a hotel for the day.

It cost us about £30 to book a room and we had a shower and then slept until 3 in the afternoon when our alarms woke us up.

We got back to the airport refreshed (a little) and a lot less smelly!

We had a 10 and a half hour flight to Auckland ahead of us.

I liked the clouds in this shot, although the subject matter is somewhat uninspiring still.
