Sport at night

If I had a decent camera this could have been a great blip - maybe some of the talented Embra blippers should get along to Meadowbank and see if they can do better.

The paranoia of yesterday was totally unfounded, all is well.

A couple of productive work meetings, both actually made me realise that I things could be worse. There are always others in worse situations, aren't there? And a great wee bit of celebrity tittle-tattle that will keep my colleagues entertained for a while....

Off to a mate's for food - not the greatest cook (I think I've said this about her before) and no matter how much publicity there has been on the telly in the last few days about quality food, she's not going to budge! Oh well......
