Empty nest

Have been in a spin since the party last SAt. Not managed to get a blip and have spent the last three days in Inverness orking there. I see my w is not working very well! On the way home today I pulled off the road to let doggies out for a walk when I heard a clatter and as I needed to pull off the road I ended up driving over whatever it was. Got out the car and lo my exhaust box was lying on the track! bugger I thought! Looked under the car and gave the remaining bit of exhaust a good kick and it seemed quite solid. Let dogs run around for a bit then started up the car, not too bad a noise. Managed to get to Oban and thank you KwikFit, got an new system £115 later I was on the road.
As supposed to go to Glasgow to collect two folks at 1am then drive to Oban in time for 5.30am ferry!! Felt very tired, however #1 daughter came to my rescue & is driving up from Glasgo with the two folks, should be here about midnight, then off to bed to grab three hours sleep before being off again to Oban to go to Coll.

Going to be a busy few days till Tues, back for a fe days then off to Islay a week today! God I should get paid more.

Off to make my dinner and douse my over enthusiastic fire!
