Wedding preparations

My wife's friend gets married tomorrow. Today we went to the wedding place to help with arranging the place for the wedding party. The place is quite similar than in which I and my wife got married (almost exactly half a year ago) but the conditions couldn't be much different. It's almost 50 C colder and it looks totally different outside. During our wedding the plants were green and the lake water was warm. Actually our wedding day was probably the last "really warm day" of the summer. Now everything's covered with almost 1 metre of snow and if you want to swim in the lake you have to make a hole in the ice.
