Papering over the cracks

Shop window, Edinburgh. This is 107-109 Broughton Street which is being redecorated as "Lamesley Bridal". Previously this was SeeSaw, a lovely little shop selling wooden toys, but I guess it didn't survive.

Today was a potentially bad day, but I found myself having quite a good time after all. It's interesting being thrust into unfamiliar territory, good or bad, and I tend to enjoy the journey even if the destination is crap. So today was a day of papering over the cracks and making the best of it.
