#469 - I will battle for the Sun

About my day
Today's gym exercise ruined my day. Maybe I made the moves in bad order or in the wrong position, but somehow my back feels now so strained. This is awful, it hurts :( Although I stand against medicines, especially antidepressant ones, but in this case I won't take the painkiller, the pain is hopefully gone till the next morning arrives. (Medicines against diseases are OK, but isn't it amazing that nearly 2 million Finns use antidepressant medicines? Something must be done and quickly. There must be another way than drugs!!)
Story of the picture
Do you love skiing? Well this man does, he's my friend Atte. We went for an over 10-kilometer skiing trip. Unfortunately the track was clogged! But hey, it doesn't mean that we can't do our journey! Atte leaded our way for a couple of kilometers till my nose started bleeding and I quit. Luckily my home was near and as I came home I took a warm shower :) And still my back is hurting :S
