Light Rail

I was down at the refuge this morning taking some more dam photos and around what we're all calling "the sandbox", which is a big sand barrier on the lake side of the dam to keep water from seeping through the structure, the repair crew is building a metal coffer dam ot tall metal plates driven into the ground. This image is of a section of the tallest of the metal panels, blue, black, rusty-orange, and was created by moving the camera vertically during the exposure.
