Flying south for the sun

Journey from Newcastle to Lanzarote for the start of a week's walking holiday today.

The flight was at a very civilised 0900 and I had more legroom than I remember in economy (not that I've ever travelled any other class to know the difference).

I'm not sure where we are when this photo was taken but I loved the blues in the mountains. (Just ignore the dirty window please!)
