Brazilian Bags?

These are the new, fun bags we're given out at our local 'punt verd', or 'green point' to encourage us to recycle. Green for glass, blue for paper and yellow for plastic and metal. A rough translation of the yellow bag is:

'Bottles and plastic packaging (of water, drinks and cleaning products...). Plastic bags. Metal packacking (cans, aluminium trays, aerosols...). Carton-type packaging (of fruit juice, milk, yoghurt...). Polystyrene trays.

I was just putting them away today and wondered why the combinations of colours was so familiar.....and then realised it was the colours of the Brazilian flag!

By the way, I used a little Google translator app to help me with some of the unfamiliar words in Catalan! It's great and it even helped me check a text message I received from a Hungarian friend who was texting to say her first grandson had been born!
