Pixelated
Toooooo long in front of computer screens this week and not enough time to take photos. I'm feeling all pixelated and cracking up into component parts.
Amazing tricks our eyes and brain play all the time, making up what we think we're seeing from glimpses here and there, continuously adjusting focus and exposure and making a composite image from hundreds of moments.
Digital photography, as we know, is all little red, green and blue dots. Dots on sensors, dots on memory cards, dots in photoshop, dots on computer screens, dots on printers.
View this picture from far enough away and it'll look quite normal, up close and it does my tired eyes no good at all.
I'm going quite dotty.

by the way, if you hadn't realised this is a close up image of the computer screen with the blip calendar showing today before I posted this blip... and I just looked at the front page thumbnail of this and it looks all rainbowed... weird
