I spent the past two mornings working at Watson Farm (established in 1796) in Jamestown. Both mornings after parking my car this guy has wandered up to me, all fluffed out, as if to say "sup boy, you be steppin?". I love his color...he's beautiful when you stop and think about it...

Wednesday the turkey was chasing around the resident cow/bull/duck/chicken/sheep herding border collie...Blu...I think that's how you spell his name... I do love that dog, he would have crawled into my lap and chilled there if he was smaller...mind you he tried...lol.

There's something about farms that I love..always feel really at home around animals...past life maybe? We spent a lot of time talking about renewable resources and conservation...that could be something fun to get involved with too. I'm still waiting to see about Habitat, once its a bit warmer out...plenty to do :)


I've been in and out of a rather self loathing funk the past few nights...and I just don't get it...Hopefully it will pass soon...
