This is the horrid sitting room carpet that "up with which, we have put" since moving in this house (10 years)! I didn't like it then and I hate it now. But it is good quality (curse it's quality) and I am nothing if not frugal.

Today is its LAST DAY!!

Mr Cable will be attacking it with his trusty Stanley knife tonight and it is bound for the tip in the morning :)

The "Lovely New Carpet" is coming in the morning.

p.s. I haven't vacuumed it for days now, I just keep telling it that it is "going".
