I went for a quick walk around the barbican in Plymouth before work today. It's changed a lot since I was last there... I thought I might get a nice rainy shot of an old cobbled street... But there were loads of cars... It's been re-paved at some point and one of the old shops is bow a "subway" fast food place. I came across a back road that was called "new street" but everything looked like it had been falling apart for years... Windows were filled with stones and plants and bushes growing out the top... I would have blipped that but I couldn't get the new street sign in... And anyway there were some horrible modern signs next to it on the wall... A fitting thing I guess... New stuff in an old "new street"!
