Life's a beach

Took myself off to the coast today to make the most of the beautiful sunshine. Not a cloud in sight, the gale force winds finally buggered off. I spent hours just strolling along the shore and sand dunes, listening to the waves crashing in, breathing the fresh, sea air. Great exercise and a fabulous way to clear my head. All in all, a perfect day.
