Moroccan Chickpea Tagine

A tagine or tajine is a Moroccan dish, which is traditionally named after the special pot in which it is usually cooked. Nowdays, tagine refers to slow-cooked Moroccan cusine. This easy North African vegetable stew is full of aromatic flavours. It is best served along with couscous in a large bowl from which people can help themselves.
