Chasing the Droplet

The morning dew had settled on the branches of the tree and soon little droplets were forming and began falling to the ground. With little time to spare I start hunting for those droplets that were just about right to fall, trying to get there in time while at the same time being careful not to touch the branch and cause the droplet to fall. This was so much fun that I had great difficulty going away to get ready for work. I could have spent so much more time there.

It is now past midnight, well into the next day, and the memory of this morning still makes me smile!
