Orion

I thought I'd try a bit of photographing the sky at night with my new camera, again utilising its long exposure ability which I didn't have on the previous digital camera. Unfortunately the light pollution in Edinburgh seems to be a bit high still at this time of night (10pm) so it's a bit rubbish. When you are fully zoomed in to the original you can, however, see more clarity and detail and also the fact that the 1 minute exposure gives a small amount of star trails.

Fairly poor day at work after a weekend that consisted of a bit too much wine and general excitement, the next few days will have to be relatively quiet I think.
