Rim country

This view was taken on our walk today in fantastic weather, sunny and 60 degrees. Up on top is Flagstaff, 50 miles distant in snow country. We've not ventured up there this winter, we simply have no reason to. :O)

The Mogollon Rim (pronounced /m????j?n/ by local residents) is a topographical and geological feature running across the State of Arizona. It extends approximately 200 miles (320 km) from northern Yavapai County eastward to near the border with New Mexico.[1]
