Ella!!!

My sister Shell had her baby this morning at 12.03am!!! She called me just before 8am this morning to tell me!! They have called her Ella Ann (Shell's middle name is Ann)! She was 7 pound 4 and 50cm long! Shell had a natural birth with no drugs and said it hurt a lot!!!! I can't wait to see them. I will hopefully go down on Wednesday or Thursday before my night shifts!

I had a really busy day at work today! We checked the truck then I did an exam, then had some training, then we had two calls, checked two lots of keys, got lunch, had two more calls and got held back at work for an hour!! I had a few more things I wanted to get done so hopefully I will do them tomorrow!!

Kaz dropped Spence off at Clare's house at 5.30pm on her way to a property meeting and I went there after work and had tea with them before taking Spence home. I was late because I got held back at a fire at work but Clare cooked us up some lovely tea!

Spence and I didn't get home until about 9.30pm and then I fell asleep on the couch until 11pm. I woke up and realised that I hadn't taken a photo yet for the day! I wanted to do something with long exposure and a torch to do with Ella and I was about to try and set it up on my own when Kaz came home!! She held the torch while I operated the camera and after a few goes I came up with this!! I have increased the shadows so Kaz isn't in it at much!
