The four seasons in 24 hours
Why even bother explain the lying snow, the flood bringing rain and then the typical headache inducing heat from the combination of sunshine and high performing air conditioning (well in our office at any rate).
Had to sprint for a pain au chocolat to get change for the bus, yes I could have got something more healthy but hey at least I sort of ran. I have been meaning to go out for a run every now and then for the best part of 6 years, oh yes, some things move slowly round here.
Had forgotten what I was supposed to do on my arrival at work, had a list from Friday, well that is what Mondays are for. This week is looking like another very busy one, culminating in our first team meal out on Thursday. I work with some interesting people, many of whom have very interesting things to tell, naturally I can't remember one of them, such a disappointment. The majority of the people in the team are foreign, in fact as a Scot I am very much in the minority.
And here is a flag on Princes Street, kind of battered by the elements, like our rugby/football/tennis/cricket/pro-celebrity lacrosse teams. I was actually nearly run down taking this photo.
