A thank you ....

.... from a couple who we helped out when they hit black ice and skidded into the bollard at the end of our road a few weeks ago. Shame, their lovely Jag snapped it's axle so was a write off. They weren't even going fast, about 15 mph, as they were negotiating the roundabout. We found a recovery service for them, made them a cup of tea and hung about with them till help arrived.

On Sunday they called round with the flowers and a card of thanks. While this wasn't necessary, it was nice to hear how they got on ( their insurance company paid out and they got a new Jag ).
