Wintry canal

Today I started a four week long employment training course in the town center. The first week is mostly theory and focuses on creating a "job candidate profile" (including a physical exam next Friday!), or something like that, after which there's three weeks of practical training. I was fortunate to secure a training position before the course started. My training takes place in a company that specializes in organic waste treatment. To many it might not sound like an ideal field of work, but based on the first meeting with the CEO the job description should be quite diverse. But hey, even if the job stinks (literally speaking, some of it probably does), it's only three weeks!

The first day of the course lasted only 3 and half hours, so I had time to go for a walk in the old part of the village when it was still relatively bright.
