Had to shuffle this back a day since my camera was still 12.5 hours ahead of me...

It's been a really long day.

This morning at 5:00 I had to explain to the armed female security guard at the Bangalore airport what tampons were. She had never seen one before.. was genuinely curious.. so I had to do a little educational charade in the pat-down booth.

Now, at 9:30 pm, about 30 hours into my day, I'm back in California. I haven't been home for more than 3 days in the last 3 months.
