Nasty plastic utensil holder

Ubiquitous in many pho restaurants here in Seattle. Even though when you're eating there, the utensil holders make you second guess the cleanliness of the things you're going to use to feed yourself, they do have an interesting "frosted glass" appearance. Veneration via grease, harsh cleansers and fast, messy eaters.
