Im not really sure how to describe this blip, for I don't have the experience to express myself properly. Yes, this is the news. This IS history. And, I myself do not know what the Egyptian people are truly going through. Does this young man? Does he? I do believe he does. He lives in America. I met his father. Wonderful man. The conversation was purely surface. I could not add any empathy. I could only be one eye. A glass eye. Like an American rooting for his favorite team, I root for the people of Egypt. I root, and hope that their rage subsides. I hope their rights and freedoms are installed back to them. I hope this child can soon wave his country's flag in uncontrolled jubilation, knowing his people are safe with their place in the world.
