Rabbit

Chinese New year celebrations in Liverpool today and the city was rammed solid. It was nigh on impossible to get anything decent and I really wasn't feeling the photo vibe. The atmosphere was ace, though, and people were having a great time with the lions dancing and fire crackers going off outside each of the Chinese restaurants - who offered money and cabbages to keep the lions happy. We strolled up through the market and food stalls where I shot a few more and then this guy saw me pointing my lens in his general direction, although not at him to start with. A thumbs up and BOOM. Time to repair to the pub and escape the mayhem.

Lovely late lunch later with good friends in Mei Mei. Just caught the end of the match in a bar (mobiles, although parentally banned at the table, were keeping us in touch) and Liverpool was buzzing.
