Messy Pup

A few of us spent a few hours at Wheelbirks Ice Cream parlour this afternoon and I sort of regretted it as it was far too busy. It did go quiet after a while, but at the beginning there were just hundreds of babies and toddlers. Some of them seemed well out of eyeshot of parents, and were terrorising some of the other kids. It's always hard to be a parent and not a teacher in such situations, particularly when you see a toddler of 3 - 4 years shoving your baby to the floor with both hands when she tries to join a game, and when you ask another toddler if your baby can join in, only to be met with a loud and rude 'NO'.
