Sunday Afternoon

Coffee and the papers this afternoon although the rugby analysis made for painful reading from a Scottish perspective. It's always slightly irritating when the main writers look at all the results from the point of view of how it will affect England's chances. I thought Scotland played a lot better than I've seen them for a while - but they'll have to learn that any mistakes will be punished - France were devastating from that point of view. C'est la vie!

The weekend seems to have gone quickly - at least I made it to the gym.
