Jason's Mixed Bag

Something nice to drink

Highland Park is often regarded as a good single malt for beginners. However, this should in no way diminish it's place as one of the great Scottish whiskeys. Smoother than some of the more intense single malts (thinking a cask strength Laphroaig or an 18 year old Lagavulin), I find I can drink it straight out of a shot glass with no need for ice or Highland Spring water.

This photo was also an other experiment with off camera flash.
