Conservation work Sandwell RSPB

Today was ruthlessly windy. We were asked to rake up hay into piles that would stop it rotting down which would upset the soil quality. Everytime someone picked up a pile of hay it went flailing everywhere.

Once the piles were made, we all took turns in getting air over them. Good fun:)
