A Bigger Splash

Still high tides and high winds here, and I walked the Prom this morning at the time of highest tide. I just took along my Powershot S5, not wanting to risk getting my DSLR wet. I chose a couple of spots and waited for good waves, and took plenty of shots, always hoping for one better than the last. Of course, just as I moved off some REALLY good waves came crashing over the Prom.

Otherwise a nice uneventful relaxed day. A bit of reading, some chores, a couple of phone calls to family. And an hour or so pricing out a professional photo filter system, and wondering if I could afford it.
