Locked Up!

It's been locked for almost 4 years, the first 2 1/2 actually locking something closed, but last New Year we had to remove it in the snow and since then it's been stuck in a drawer.

I've tried WD40, even a bit of heat.....sorry lock it's the hacksaw for you!
