Hot hot hot day in Christchurch today! Our weather station hit 36 degrees and I bet there were hotter places than ours!

Started the day with a 10km bike ride around McLeans island with the kids. They both now have bike computers, so the challenge was on. Fastest time, fastest speed etc. Worked a treat. Then we had some bike skills with some cones I bought. Brilliant, placed them around the grass and we had to ride a course without hitting hem. Much fun and laughter ;-)

Home for lunch and then I headed into the office to sell one of our desks, another 15 to go.

And then out to the beach, Taylors Mistake. Simply hundreds of people unsurprisingly, and lovely cool water. Spent an hour until the wind was too much and we headed home. Family night tonight. Discussing goals for the year as individuals and as a family, pizza and movie. Air conditioning on!
