So my girlfriend told me about Gizmodo's Photo Challenges, which I'd never heard of before, which is weird because I like the site and visit pretty regularly.

The latest challenge is called "Levitation". Basically, just capture something floating in space. You can hang it, throw it, have your subject jump, just so long as it appears to be floating on it's own.

I figured I'd give this one a go as it wouldn't take any serious work, so I started tossing my girlfriend's teddy bears around the room while using my remote flashes to freeze the light.

Dylan, being the curious cat that he is, wandered in to see what was going on. In the end, it actually ended up being a much better photo having the bear looking down and Dylan looking up.

I really wonder what my neighbours across the road must think when they see lights firing off and teddy bears being tossed around......
