Skipping Stones....

On the Bra D'Ore lakes -

What a glorious day....it was sunny, bright and we headed off before lunch! Stopped at a little place and had fish and chips and a beer....great way to start the exploration! We headed off to a part of the island that I hadn't yet explored....it was wonderful! Ended up, around 4.30pm....with this golden light on the water....on a lovely stretch of beach. I just kept shooting image after image, as the light quickly changed...what a amazing thing that is! Meanwhile, Terry started skipping stones....well, that just added another whole dimension to the situation! we had such a laugh!

Headed home...via a so called 'short cut' ..... but Terry thinks he missed a turn.....so, the short cut took us quite a bit out of our way...but hey, it was saturday evening, we had dinner planned...so what the hell eh!

Dinner is ready...so off to have steak on the BBQ....and a bit of vegging in front of the tv....it's hard work out there you know !!!
