Sweet memories

I have kept this remaining from a Deutscher Sekt bottle that we opened during the Christmas Holiday. The Sekt was bought in Mosel last summer from Sekthaus Sankt Nikolaus. It was a Riesling Trocken from 2005 and the bottle was "handgerüttelt".

It has been an exhausting day today. No lunch walk or possibilities to blip in daylight. It's three days left before weekend and it seems endless but with my sweet memories I hope I can manage...
