Rocky Road

Niamh made Rocky Road today: recipe off the back of a cereal box so it has Sugar Puffs in it: probably not very traditional, but I don't have a recipe for 'proper' Rocky Road....

Noticing a trend here: see last Sunday's blip ... clearly this is my rocky road to a bad weigh-in on Thursday! Still, I have only had one (or two...) and have made a SW dessert for tomorrow...
