Who knows what 'pre-loading'is?

We've had a competition at work for the young people to design a poster warning about the dangers of 'pre-loading'. It was quite difficult to explain, especially as I am guilty of it myself!

Pre-loading is drinking alcohol before you go out... to drink alcohol!
