Happy 4th Birthday...

....or Happy Chocolate Shreddies Day!

In time honoured tradition no.1 son was violently sick last night in preparation for his birthday celebrations. Why does that always happen??? Still, he's been in fairly good spirits, and was delighted to finally have the chocolate shreddies he's been pleading for since last summer (thanks for spoiling him on holiday at your house, Momma!)

Vomit wise, the day has passed uneventfully, so I'm chalking it up as a huge success. Octonauts birthday card and cake topper drew the appropriate exclamations and awe. Plus parental amusement at his absolute best present - the last bath book in a set from Wilkinsons for £1.99. Will it always be this easy to please him???!!!!

Now both rascals are asleep, I'm breathing huge sigh of relief and cracking open a bottle of wine..... not so 'dry' now huh?!
