Department store shelter.

Quick in becoming my Friday theme is the department store cafe/toilet/shelter photo.

J has Youth theatre at the Royal Lyceum Theatre every Friday. We come straight from school which leaves us with plenty time before it begins.

Once off the bus, J always needs to go to the toilet and is of course starving. So the best all round place to go (in winter only I must add) is a department store.There we eat our homemade lunch in the cafe, then use the toilet and generally take shelter from awful weather conditions such as todays rain, wind and cold.

Debenhams cafe was surprisingly pleasant. We had a good view of the castle from our table window and at lunch time the place was practically empty so we didn't feel guilty about the packed lunch (I did but tea......horrible watery tea). We even had a radiator next to us so we managed to dry our coats, gloves and hats.
