3rd from the right, please

There are lots of reasons to live in France, weather, wine, big open spaces, lovely odd Churches, rural markets, cheap old houses, alternative career choices, shoes...

but the biggest by far is CAKE love it, round cakes, long cakes, cream cakes, chocolate cakes, lemon cake, all of them. Of course they have posh names and we call them patisseries but they are cake.

Today after long meetings with Maries and School teachers. I found myself in Bourges with some time to spare so I called my friend (Anna who is also English) and we went for tea and cakes. Totally hedonistic and perfect.
