Let's see..

I went for a walk around my neighborhood just as the sun was sinking beyond the chaos of the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo going on around the corner from my apartment. People are everywhere, parking is a disaster, and it takes 4x longer to get anywhere. It's almost gone though.

But when you look up, all is serene. Calm. Undistracted. Simple.

I really shouldn't wait two weeks before uploading blips. I'm missing the minutia that makes me happy.

Going on this walk was definitely one of the highlights of my day. That and my nightly phone calls.
