The Golden Rule

"Do not treat others as you would not like them to treat you" ... This quote (in my view without reading the book) is the basis of Karen Armstrong's new book Twelve Steps to a Compassionate Life. She gave a talk today at the university, which I attended and became an ardent fan of hers.

I also purchased a signed copy of the book, which I have started reading already. I intend to read the rest of her books after I am done with this one.
