Marmalade

I do not even like it, but Mr C&D does...aren't I kind??

All the setting plates have been licked clean, so I guess it tastes good.

I made Ordinary, Whiskey and Ginger, following the example of a reknown marmalade maker friend of my mother's...just stir it in to the jars at the end.

The official judgement will be passed tomorrow when it has set.
