Gung Hay Fat Choy

Gung Hay Fat Choy! Following Chinese New Year tradition, my parents and I ate the vegetarian Buddha breakfast this morning. Luckily there was an hour delay at work today so I ate a full breakfast including a second helping of rice. My mom prepared a chicken to celebrate the holiday too.
